Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all our Programs. However, if for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy, outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Eligible Subscription Plans
    1. 100% Refund is applicable only for first time subscription of Premium or Ultimate plans only
    2. Students enrolling for Basic subscription plan are not eligible for refunds - it is a non-refundable purchase
    3. Subscription renewal after the initial 6 months subscription plan expiry is non-refundable.
  2. 7-Day Refund Window:
    1. You are eligible for a full refund if you request it
      1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase or
      2. Within 2 days from date of 3rd Live Class that you attend,
      3. Whichever happens earlier
    2. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered.
  3. Condition of Use:
    1. This refund policy applies only to the 10X Smart Trader Program purchased directly through our website at
      intliri.com
    2. The refund policy does not cover purchases made through third-party platforms.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Request:
    1. To initiate a refund, send an email to refunds@intliri.com within the refund window.
    2. The email must include your:
      1. Full Name
      2. Registered Email Address
      3. Order ID or Transaction Number
      4. Reason for the refund request (optional but appreciated).
  2. Processing Time:
    1. Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge it within 3 business days.
    2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of acknowledgment, depending on your payment
      method.
  3. Refund Method:
    1. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. Trial Period Usage:
    1. If you have completed more than 50% of the program content or downloaded substantial proprietary material,
      refund eligibility may be voided. Trial Period fair usage evaluation will solely be at Intliri Academy’s discretion.
  2. Violation of Terms:
    1. Refunds will not be granted if you are found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
    2. Refunds will not be granted if you are found to violate the community guidelines on Intliri Academy’s community
      channels and discord server channels.
    3. No refund will be granted if you are removed from the above community channels or discord server channels for
      violating the community guidelines.
  3. Multiple Refund Requests:
    1. Refunds are limited to one per individual. Multiple refund requests across different courses will not be entertained.

Global Applicability

  1. International Students:
    1. This refund policy applies to students worldwide, regardless of their country of residence.
    2. Refund amounts will be processed in the currency of the original transaction,.
    3. The student seeking refund will need to bear the transaction cost, bank charges, forex markup charges and any
      other charges associated with processing the refund back to the students account.
    4. Intliri Academy is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
  2. Legal Compliance:
    1. This refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where Intliri Academy
      operates.

Trading Losses Refund Policy

  1. Trading Losses Refund policy is applicable only to students who have enrolled for Premium or Ultimate subscription
    plan of 10X Smart Trader Program.
  2. The terms and conditions, eligibility and applicability of Trading Losses Refund Policy is communicated to enrolled
    students during Program Induction.

Updates to the Refund Policy

Intliri Academy reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an

updated "Effective Date." It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
